Please note that our Tshwane Customer Care office in Hatfield is temporarily closed due to a confirmed Covid-19 case. The office will resume with normal operations on Wednesday, 26 May 2021.
The temporary closure of the office will allow the NHBRC to take the necessary precautions and implement all safety measures related to the Covid-19 protocols.
Developers, contractors, home builders and housing consumers, who need to physically interact with the NHBRC are advised to use the Sunninghill office.
Those who need to submit supporting documents are encouraged to do so from the safety of their homes or offices via the below emailing list:
