NHBRC Head Office and Gauteng Customer Care offices are temporarily closed following a positive COVID-19 test and will resume with normal operations on Monday, 6 July 2020.
Developers, contractors, home builders and housing consumers in the area are advised to use the Pretoria satellite office.
NHBRC Acting CEO, Otsile Maseng said the closure will allow employees who may have been in contact with the affected employee to self-isolate as per the COVID-19 regulations and for the decontamination of the offices.
Our employees will continue to assist customers remotely and would like to encourage developers, contractors, home builders and housing consumers to make use of this service from the safety of their homes or offices via our new emailing list on the following contact addresses;
